Suspension to the axle assembly is considered as a critical safety assembly and therefore the accurate controlled fastening of all the U-bolt nuts, they must be fastened simultaneously in a specific strategy to achieve the correct clamping force between the suspension and axle. We have developed several systems (2 spindle, 4 spindle, 8 spindle) for our clients to suit their requirements including the torque / angle data recording against VIN ID. Assembly jigs were manufactured to accommodate these tools for bottom and overhead assembly of U-bolts. Clients using our systems include: MAN Truck & Bus, MBSA Truck & Hino Truck.
